First, a quick note on feedback:
If there has been any dissatisfaction, it’s not taken lightly. Every piece of feedback shapes how the platform improves, whether it’s a technical issue, a feature request, or a general concern. You’re encouraged to share your experience by reaching out via ask@zedcrestwealth.com or through the in-app chat.
Before deleting your account
Account deletion is only possible once all investments have matured, and your funds have been fully withdrawn. As long as funds are locked in active plans, the account cannot be closed.
Please ensure:
- All savings or investment plans have reached maturity
- There are no pending withdrawals or active subscriptions.
- Your account balance has been cleared.
How to delete your Zedcrest Wealth account
To proceed with account deletion:
- Open the Zedcrest Wealth app and log in using your registered email address and password.
- Click your profile icon on the top left corner of the screen.
- Click “My Account”
- Scroll Down to the Account Management Section and select “Delete My Account.”
- Follow the prompts to confirm your action.
Once completed, your account will be permanently deleted, and access will be revoked.
A few important notes:
The email address linked to a deleted account cannot be reused to open a new account. If you plan to return in the future, a different email address will be required during sign-up.
To stop receiving emails or product updates, simply unsubscribe using the link in any Zedcrest Wealth email.
